I painted this as part of a Winsor & Newton Art Challenge hosted by the South African Artist Magazine.
It was my first street scene and I found it very challenging, but was delighted with the end product and that it was published in the magazine. The painting was bought by the owners of Sica’s Guest House in Durban.
