Inchydoney Beach Sandcastles

Description

Inchydoney Beach on the Wild Atlantic Way is a favourite spot of ours in West Cork, Ireland, and my husband and I have spent two of our shared birthdays at Inchydoney Lodge and Spa.

Beautiful, wild expanses of Blue Flag beach with vast expanses of dunes and sand, attracting couples, families, dog walkers, and surfers alike. Children having fun, playing on the beach, making sandcastles, was the inspiration for this series of paintings.
